RE:ELECTED ABOUT
RE:ELECTED is a German techno duo consisting of Tobias Krassman and Joerg Coon (aka Jonias Escurá), united by a shared passion for raw, deep and hypnotic techno. Since joining forces in 2024, they have been delivering powerful DJ sets that combine driving rhythms, atmospheric depth and hypnotic energy, taking audiences on immersive musical journeys across Europe and beyond.
With roots in the underground techno scene dating back to the late 1990s, Joerg Coon (aka Jonias Escurá) brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of techno's evolution, culture and underground heritage. Tobias Krassman complements this foundation with uncompromising energy, contemporary grooves and a strong focus on rhythm-driven expression.
Together, they merge raw intensity with atmospheric depth, shaping a distinctive sound that stays true to the essence of underground techno. Their performances flow seamlessly between hypnotic tension, intricate textures and relentless rhythmic energy, establishing a powerful connection with the dancefloor.
As founders of Meet Recordings and hosts of the Meet Podcast series, RE:ELECTED actively supports and connects artists from around the world. Through their label activities and expanding podcast platform, they provide a creative space for both emerging and established talent, encouraging international collaborations and contributing to the global underground techno community.
Their musical journey includes appearances at renowned venues and events such as Tresor Berlin, MBia Berlin, Back to the Roots Berlin, Turbine Kulmbach, Armazém do Chá Porto, Holy Guacamole Winterthur, Airbeat One Festival and Ton Aus Strom Festival.
Having shared the stage with respected artists including Torsten Kanzler, Brian Sanhaji, Marco Remus and Pascal Feos, RE:ELECTED continues to strengthen its international presence through music releases, podcasts and collaborations with artists, labels and promoters worldwide.
RE:ELECTED stands for authentic underground techno — raw, hypnotic and immersive, designed for the mind as much as for the dancefloor.
